General Information
Charleston Cocktail Week is a week-long celebration of cocktails. The annual event takes place every April. Passes are $15 and can be purchased here our website.
After COVID-19 shut down Charleston for several months in spring of 2020, there were many discussions about how we could bring back more business to the bars and restaurants in Charleston. A Charleston local began the initial research that year to bring the concept of a Cocktail Week festival to Charleston. After extensive planning, the first Charleston Cocktail Week commenced in April 2022.
Anyone over 21 years of age and older may participate in the event. Be prepared to present a Charleston Cocktail Week Pass and ID when ordering cocktails.
Event planning and operations takes an average of 10 months.
We appreciate your willingness and kindness to support Charleston Cocktail Week. As a thank you, volunteers receive a free pass in recognition for their donated time. Click here for volunteer opportunities.

Pass Information
Unlike a bar crawl, the event does not have a specific order. Guests can visit the participating restaurant and bars in any order they would like at their convenience! Ensure when you are planning your Cocktail Week journey to check the hours of operation at the participating locations.
There is no limit to how many times you can visit a participating restaurant/bar. You can use the Cocktail Week Pass as many times as you like and keep enjoying discounted signature cocktail drinks during the event.
It’s easy to let the participating bar or restaurant know you are part of Cocktail Week. When your bartender or server arrives, let them know you are part of Cocktail Week and show them your Cocktail Week Pass when ordering your signature cocktail.
During Cocktail Week, the general restaurant or bar area is open for pass holders, including the bar and dining area. Private rooms or floors are not open for pass holders.
The $15 Cocktail Week Pass allows the pass holder to participate in the event and receive the discounted signature cocktail and/or small entree/appetizer pairings (at select locations) at the participating Cocktail Week locations. The current restaurant and bar will be announced on our website 30 days prior to the first day of Charleston Cocktail Week.
Only valid Cocktail Week Pass holders can receive the discounted price on signature cocktails. If you find yourself at a participating bar or restaurant during Cocktail Week and would like to participate, you may purchase a pass immediately on our website and begin enjoying your signature cocktail!
Passes will be available for purchase on Charleston Cocktail Week’s website before and throughout the duration of the event. There is no cut off time to purchase a Cocktail Week Pass, you can even purchase a pass on the last day (Sunday).
